After visiting Tsukiji Outer Market, you will move to the Tsukiji Honganji and learn the table manners of Japanese dishes, listening to explanation of the chef, ”Shoujin Ryouri course” containing one soup and theree side dishes, which developed from the meals of buddhist priests, will be served. It is popular as a healthy diet for it is made with a special method of not using any meat.

In the afternoon, you will enjoy walking in the “Hamarikyu” garden, which used to be the hunting site of ducks by the Tokugawa shogun family. Coming back to Japan after working for 4 years at Ristro Di Lamore, the famous restaurant full of reservation at Chianti, Toscana in Italy.
