Meet at Tsikiji Information Center, we begin with watching a video “A day in Tsukiji” featuring Tuna Auctions, active Inner fish market, etc.
Meeting at the 2nd floor of Tsukiji Kyoueikai KY building which is located at the intersection of Tsukiji 4-chome, Chuo Ward.

Walk to Tsukiji Outer market, your guide will show you around 400 shops, where you can enjoy food tasting and shopping.

After Outer market tour, your guide will take you to the sushi restaurant for lunch. After lunch, you will move to the green tea café “Jugetsudo Ginza Kabukiza store” in the Kabuki Theater. Tasting 4 different types of Japanese teas with the explanation from the professional tea master. Please enjoy the depth of its flavor and the custom of the tea ceremony.
11:30 The guide will accompany you to the restaurant.You will enjoy sushi lunch.
Starting from the typical Japanese green tea, “Sencha’.
For superior tea “ Gyokuro” you will take twice feeling the change of aroma and taste.
After drinking, you will eat the leaves of “Gyokuro’.
You will roast “Hojicha”(roasted tea) by yourself.
Finally, you will enjoy drinking “Matcha” (powdered tea) feeling the essence of Japanese culture.
