Important points to note when visiting Tsukiji

  1. The streets within the market are very narrow and the floors can be wet. Participants may get sprayed with water when touring the market. Please wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in, and sturdy shoes that can withstand wet conditions.
  2. Please refrain from using flash photography in the market, and do not touch the merchandise under any circumstances.
  3. Please let us know if your party includes guests of advanced age, small children, guests who have difficulty walking or require any kind of special assistance.

Cancellation Policy

  • After payment has been made: 10% of tour cost
  • Two business days before tour date: 20% of tour cost
  • One business day before tour date: 40% of tour cost
  • Cancellation on the tour date: 100% of tour cost

Office hours 8:30∼15:00(JST), on all days except for Sundays, public holidays, and days when the market is closed.
Cancellations received outside of these office hours will be treated as though received on the following business day.
