If you let us know the hotel you stay at in Tokyo and its phone number beforehand, you can pay the tour fare in Japanese Yen cash at Tsukiji Tour Desk on the tour day.
For Customized Tour and the group of ten people and more:
You should pay by bank transfer in ten day advance of the date of the tour.
The streets within the market are very narrow and the floors can be wet. Participants may get sprayed with water when touring the market. Please wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in, and sturdy shoes that can withstand wet conditions.
Please refrain from using flash photography in the market, and do not touch the merchandise under any circumstances.
Please let us know if your party includes guests of advanced age, small children, guests who have difficulty walking or require any kind of special assistance.
Please email or call us ( on the answering machine ) to reconfirm you join the tour in 2-4 day advance of the date of the tour. If not, we do not think you do the tour.
When the cancellation of the tour is notified to us
on the very day of the tour, or not noticed, 100% of the total price
on the eve of the tour day, 40% of the total price
will be charged as the cancellation fee.
